Re-Enrollment Journey
A complete guide to your re-enrollment process.
Guardians are requested to fill out this application, print it out, and submit the file (the financial contract + transportation service contract (if any) and the required documents) to the registration office.
Read the "Guardians' / Learners' Handbook" and the terms and conditions of registration carefully.
The financial contract is meant to be acknowledged by the guardian that it's his/her responsibility to read its terms and abide by its contents.
To register for the new academic year 2024–2025, a guardian must transfer enrollment fees to L.O.I.S. bank account for each learner as follows:
- SR 2300 (VAT Included) for non-Saudi
- SR 2000 (VAT Excluded) for Saudi
After receiving the transfer receipt, a confirmation email/SMS will be sent to the guardian.
Complete the registration process by referring directly to the finance department in the school.

Guardians should pay the fees by Bank Transfer, ATM, Visa, or MasterCard.
